SHIPPING CONDITIONS

 

We charge a fixed rate of €5 per each order below €50 (delivery within the Netherlands & Belgium only). We do not charge any shipping fees for orders above €50 (free shipping).

 

All orders placed before 12:00 (local Dutch time) between Monday and Saturday will be shipped within the same day. We will provide you with the Track & Trace number of your shipment once your order/package has been sent. We usually select parcel services from PostNL and DHL to handle our orders.

 

Orders placed after 12:00 (local Dutch time will be handled on the next day (except for Sunday).

 

Orders placed on Sunday will always be handled on Monday.
